Friday, October 8 Day 2

1. Please have your checklist and science BSR out and ready for inspection. The checklist wil be collected today and a new one passed out next week
2. Grab a CB and log on to your writing for "All Summer In a Day."
3. Review "Democracy" while your hw is checked.
4. There is no HW today since it's a three-day weekend.

Our primary ELA objective is to show mastery of figurative language and the skillful use of spunky adjectives in narrative writing.
The modeling of quality public speaking and listening skills is an objective for every class.
In social studies, our objective is to be able to explain the key differences between various forms of government. Students will also have a chance to show their mastery of "Democracy." Finally, we will finish the Emmett Till notes so we can be able to explain a watershed moment in the Civil Right's Movement.
