While the hw is being checked, review the five types of govt and the poem with your neighbors.
Have everyone recite "I, Too, Sing America" two or three times while standing in PPP (perfect poem posture)
Three kids will volunteer or be selected via popsicle sticks to recite the poem in front of the class

During the second period students will log on to ELA Classroom to work independently to
complete the Fall Writing Prompt
